USPROHUB LLC is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Refund eligibility depends on the product type and whether work has begun. All refund requests must be submitted to info@usprohub.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
AI Ready Website Package ($199)
- Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and we have not yet started domain setup or website build work.
- Partial refund (typically 50%) if we have started build work but not yet purchased your domain or published the live site.
- No refund once the website is live on your domain — the work and third-party costs (domain registration, SSL, hosting) have already been committed.
- If we cannot deliver the website due to circumstances on our side, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
AI Follow-Up Monitor subscription ($9/month)
- You may cancel any time by emailing info@usprohub.com.
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
- No further charges after cancellation is confirmed.
Targeted Postcard Campaigns (Starter, Growth, Scale)
- Full refund available any time before you click Send for Approval in your campaign design editor — design has not yet been locked or dispatched.
- Partial refund if you cancel after design lock but before the batch is sent to the print provider — we refund the print and postage portion (typically ~70% of the order) minus the AI design + targeting fee.
- No refund once the batch has been sent to PostGrid for printing — physical materials and postage are committed at that point.
- If we cannot fulfill a campaign due to a thin matched audience (under 20% of your tier's piece count), you receive a full refund or an upgraded tier of equal cost.
Digital services (custom web, SEO, SaaS, mobile, AI automation)
- Non-refundable once a project scope has been agreed and work has commenced.
- If we cannot start a project due to circumstances on our side, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
- For milestone-based engagements: completed milestones are non-refundable; future milestones may be cancelled.
Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us immediately at info@usprohub.com. We will investigate and issue a correction or full refund within 5 business days.
How to request a refund
- Email info@usprohub.com — Subject: "Refund Request — [Order/Campaign ID]"
- Include your order confirmation number or checkout email address.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
- We respond within 1 business day to confirm receipt and eligibility.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
